Woodlane was founded in 2006 for independent motion picture production and, in spite of some setbacks, it is being dedicated primarily to those ends. Among the titles in our currently planned slate of films is the drama / comedy The Pilots' Lounge, following and based upon the short film of the same name, the sci-fi thriller The Hour Trap and the co-production of Director's Cut, based on the award-winning comedic screenplay by Nicolas Delgado-Castro. STORY: Young flight instructor Albert Neil has nowhere to turn when amongst his eccentric circle of friends and co-workers he discovers a plot by his boss to blackmail a Middle Eastern student into complicity in an insurance fraud designed to get the struggling airport and flight school just enough money to keep from being closed down by the county.

STATUS:  The short film The Pilots' Lounge: Pilot Error was produced in 2004, the trailer for which can be seen at the official site. The feature-length screenplay is being represented by the South Florida branch of Writer's Literary.
